How it works

From first visit to flying to Japan

A transparent 6-step process. Average timeline: 6–10 months depending on intake and school.

Start step 1 — free counseling

    Free counseling

    Week 1

    Visit our office or book online. We assess your +2/Bachelor profile, Japanese level, budget, and preferred intake (April or October).

  2. 2

    Program & school selection

    Week 2–3

    Receive a shortlist of 2–4 schools with fees, location, and requirements. Parents are welcome in meetings.

  3. 3

    Application submission

    Week 4–8

    Submit application forms, academic transcripts, passport copy, and photos. We coordinate directly with the school in Japan.

  4. 4

    COE issuance

    2–3 months

    School applies to immigration for your Certificate of Eligibility. We track status and request additional documents if needed.

  5. 5

    Visa application

    2–4 weeks

    With COE in hand, apply at the Japanese Embassy in Kathmandu. We provide form guidance and interview preparation.

  6. 6

    Fly to Japan

    Before intake

    Pre-departure orientation covers airport pickup options, dorm check-in, part-time work rules, and first-week survival tips.

Start gathering these early. Exact requirements vary by school — we give you a personalized list after counseling.

  • Valid passport (or application in progress)
  • +2 / SEE / Bachelor transcripts & certificates
  • Passport-size photos (Japan specification)
  • Bank balance certificate (sponsor or self)
  • Sponsorship letter & relationship proof (if applicable)
  • Japanese language certificate (if any — JLPT, NAT)
  • Resume / CV for university applicants
  • Research plan (graduate applicants)
